Art-Scarves by Jen Sievers

We all know how to wear a scarf - a quick search on Pinterest offers hundreds of ways; on your neck, in your hair, around your wrist - perfect for adding a bit of polish to a simple, casual outfit. I find the smaller sizes that I've used (bandana and handkerchief size) are easy to wear  - without going over the top.

I'd like to think of a few new ways of using a scarf. My new art-scarves are original artworks. I'd love you to be able to wear and enjoy them as well as style them in your home.

Here are a few of my favourite uses:

2. For a Great Shelfie
Add some colour and texture to a vignette, with a joyful pop of silk.

1. A Bag Accessory
This is a great way to 'wear' a scarf without tying it around your neck.

3. A Mindful Moment
I hold my scarf in my hands while I meditate, the soft silk helps me to focus - I then tie it to my wrist during the day, to remind me to take a mindful moment.

3. To Finish off a Picture Wall
Art-scarves are a great way to soften all the straight lines of a picture wall.

4. The Perfect Gift
Original art that you can wear - what could be better? Every art-scarf comes beautifully packaged with a few semi precious rolled stones - to make the recipient feel super special.
